At UAE Carpenter, we aim to provide high-quality carpentry services across Dubai with full customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By booking our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy. We encourage all customers to review this information before requesting or approving any carpentry work.
All services provided by UAE Carpenter involve customized labor, on-site work, and material use. For this reason, refunds are assessed carefully and granted only under specific circumstances. Our primary objective is to resolve any service issues through corrections, adjustments, or rework before considering a refund. Refunds are not automatically granted and must meet the criteria listed in this document.
A refund may be considered if the customer can demonstrate that the service was not performed as agreed, or if there is a clear defect in workmanship that cannot be reasonably repaired. Customers must notify us within a reasonable time after service completion to request an inspection. If our team confirms that the issue is directly related to the quality of work provided by UAE Carpenter, and not due to misuse, external factors, or customer-supplied materials, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
When the work has been completed as described and agreed upon during booking or quotation.
When the issue arises due to customer-provided materials, incorrect instructions, or design limitations outside our control.
When damage occurs after the job is completed due to misuse, environmental conditions, or third-party interference.
When a customer requests services that depend on assumptions or estimates but later changes their mind after the work has begun.
When the service involves custom-built items or bespoke carpentry products made specifically for the customer’s space.
When cancellations are made after the carpenter has arrived on-site or when materials have already been purchased.
These situations are considered non-refundable because time, resources, and labor have already been invested.
Before a refund is considered, UAE Carpenter reserves the right to inspect the work and attempt to correct any issues through rework. This includes adjusting fittings, repairing joints, modifying installations, or making reasonable improvements. We prioritize resolving concerns through service adjustments, as carpentry work often involves physical modifications that cannot be reversed once completed.
If the customer refuses a rework opportunity, the refund request may be denied.
Any materials purchased specifically for the customer’s project are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the service or cancels after materials have been bought. This includes wood, hardware, fittings, tools, and any custom items ordered for the job. These costs are final because materials cannot always be returned or reused.
If a customer initiates a payment dispute with a bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with UAE Carpenter, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute and provide documentation demonstrating service completion, communication records, and job details. Fraudulent or misleading disputes may result in legal action under UAE law.
Customers may cancel a booking before the carpenter arrives on-site. If no resources, labor, or materials have been allocated at the time of cancellation, a refund may be issued. However, same-day cancellations or cancellations after dispatch may incur a service fee to cover transportation and reserved labor time. If materials have been purchased prior to cancellation, those costs are non-refundable.
All refund decisions are made at the discretion of UAE Carpenter management after a thorough review. The company aims to provide fair solutions while protecting the value of time, labor, and resources invested. The decision made after evaluation will be considered final.
UAE Carpenter may update or revise this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website along with an adjusted effective date. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
